Uploading Files

All the ways to get your documents into the converter

Upload methods

The dashboard supports four ways to upload files. Use whichever fits your workflow.

Drag and drop

Drag one or more files from your desktop directly onto the upload area. The zone highlights when files are hovering over it and shows an error state if a file type is not supported.

Browse

Click the browse link inside the upload area to open your device's file picker. Select one or multiple files.

Folder upload

Click upload a folder to select an entire folder. All supported files within the folder are uploaded automatically — nested subfolders are included.

This is the fastest way to batch-convert a large collection of documents.

URL fetch

Click Enter URL and paste the full URL to a publicly accessible PDF. The converter downloads it directly — no need to save it to your device first.

The URL must be HTTPS and point to a .pdf file. If the server requires authentication, download the file locally first and use drag-and-drop instead.

Supported formats

FormatExtensionsNotes
PDF.pdfPrimary format — best results
Word.docxConverted via document parser
PNG.pngSingle-page image conversion
JPEG.jpg, .jpegSingle-page image conversion
WebP.webpSingle-page image conversion
GIF.gifSingle-page image conversion
TIFF.tiff, .tifSingle-page image conversion

Limits

  • Maximum file size: 10 MB per file
  • Maximum batch size: 50 files per upload
  • Supported pages: Documents with up to ~100 pages convert well. Very large documents may take longer but are not rejected.

After upload

Each uploaded file appears as a row on your dashboard showing the file name, size, and page count. Files in Ready status can be converted by clicking the Convert button.

If a file fails to upload, an error message appears inline. You can dismiss it and try again.
