2. Submit a support request online

For anything an AI cannot handle (billing disputes, custom integrations, urgent issues), use the contact form at the bottom of support.theaccessible.org. Pick a subject, write a few sentences, and a real person will reply by email — typically within one business day.

You can also use the Bug icon at the bottom of any page to file a bug report directly. That route captures the page URL and browser context automatically, which speeds up debugging.

Tips for faster support

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

  • Your account email address — so we can look up your account
  • The file name — if your question is about a specific conversion
  • What you expected to happen — and what actually happened
  • Screenshots — especially for display or formatting issues
  • The page URL — if you are reporting something visible on the website
