Shared Folder

Shared Folder is an upcoming integration that will let your team drop documents into a watched folder (Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, or a network share) and have them automatically converted to accessible HTML — no upload step, no API calls, no email.

We are still designing the experience. If this would be useful for your workflow, please let us know what platforms and folder layouts matter most so we can prioritize the right ones.

What we are planning

• Drop in, get accessible HTML back — converted output lands in a sibling folder so the original stays untouched.
• Per-folder defaults — pick a quality tier, language, and notification target per watched folder.
• Team credits — conversions are billed against the configured team, with the same spend limits and budget alerts you already have.
